Rogue trader given 16 month suspended jail sentence

A Carrickfergus plasterer was today given a 16 month jail sentence, suspended for two years, at Larne Magistrates’ Court. He was also fined a total of £1,050 and ordered to pay £2,200 in compensation. more »

Ballymena car dealer fined for selling clocked and misdescribed cars

A Ballymena car dealer who sold a clocked car to a consumer and misdescribed two further cars was today fined a total of £1,000 plus costs at Ballymena Magistrates Court sitting at Antrim Magistrates Court. more »
