Flights cancelled due to volcanic ash information for passengers

The Consumer Council is encouraging passengers to contact their airline or airport for information about how their flight has been affected by the volcanic ash cloud today. However, it has also encouraged passengers who are having problems getting information to visit its website www.consumercouncil.org.uk, facebook (Consumer Council Northern Ireland), twitter (@ConsumerCouncil) or call the Consumer Council on 0800 121 6022 for information about their rights. more »
